Day Wise Itinerary
Day 01: Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La
Depart from Leh in the morning
Drive towards Khardung La Pass, one of the world’s highest motorable passes
Short halt at Khardung La for photos and refreshments
Descend towards Nubra Valley
Visit Diskit Monastery and enjoy the panoramic view of Nubra Valley
Explore Hunder Sand Dunes and optional Bactrian camel ride
Check in at guesthouse / camp in Hunder or Diskit area
Evening at leisure in Nubra Valley
Night Stay: Hunder / Diskit Area, Nubra Valley
Day 02: Nubra Valley to Turtuk Excursion and Back
Depart after breakfast for Turtuk village
Drive along the Shyok River towards the India–Pakistan border region
Pass through scenic villages and dramatic mountain landscapes
Visit Turtuk, known for Balti culture, apricot orchards, and traditional village life
Explore village lanes, local houses, and viewpoint areas

Day 03: Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake via Shyok Route

Day 04: Pangong Lake to Hanle via Chushul / Tsaga La Route
Early departure from Pangong Lake
Drive through Merak and Chushul side, subject to permit and route condition
Continue through the remote Changthang region
Cross Tsaga La route towards Hanle
Enjoy wide open landscapes, high-altitude plains, and nomadic settlement areas
Reach Hanle by evening
Check in at homestay / guesthouse

Day 05: Hanle to Tso Moriri via Nyoma and Mahe
Depart from Hanle after breakfast
Drive via Loma, Nyoma and Mahe route
Continue towards Sumdo and Korzok village
Reach Tso Moriri Lake by afternoon / evening
Spend time near the peaceful high-altitude lake

Day 06: Tso Moriri to Jispa via Tso Kar and Sarchu
Drive via Sumdo and continue towards Tso Kar side

Continue via Pang, Lachulung La and Nakee La sections
Drive towards Sarchu and cross Baralacha La Pass
Descend towards Darcha and Jispa

Day 07: Jispa to Manali via Atal Tunnel
Depart from Jispa after breakfast
Drive via Keylong and Sissu
Pass through the beautiful Lahaul Valley
Cross Atal Tunnel towards Manali side

Travel Conditions & Expectations
This is an extensive high-altitude Himalayan expedition covering remote regions of Ladakh along with the Leh–Manali highway. Guests should be prepared for long driving hours, rough mountain roads, changing weather conditions, river crossings, and limited facilities in remote areas like Pangong, Hanle, and Tso Moriri. Proper acclimatization in Leh for at least 48 hours before the trip is strongly recommended. Carry heavy warm clothing, sunglasses, sunscreen, personal medication, power backup, reusable water bottles, snacks, and valid government-issued ID proof throughout the journey.
